Strategic location
Easily accessible by car, train or plane, the Astro conference centre is open
all year round and is strategically located: found half-way between the financial
and industrial centres of Milan and Bologna, near the Fidenza turn-off of
the A1 motorway and the major north Italian airports. There are also two
other ways to reach us: via the Via Emilia road and train connections. How

The modern and functional rooms
Immersed in the peace and silence of a centuries-old park, the structure has
11 different meeting rooms which can hold from a minimum of 20 participants
to a maximum of 800. All are equipped with modern audio and video systems,
Wi-Fi internet connection and commentary positions for simultaneous interpreting,
to better communicate with your audience. Thanks to its versatility, the
conference hotel is able to host large events, team building sessions or
small work meetings with the same professionalism and efficiency.

To back the conference activities, our staff has perfected an efficient banqueting
service. Coffee breaks, brunches, aperitifs and gala dinners are prepared
by the expert hands of our chefs in the Delle Calle restaurant. The menus,
always varied and appetizing, go hand-in-hand with carefully prepared table
dressings.

The conference hotel puts your comfort in first place, with 115 classic “junior
suite” rooms and 218 beds, all with a breathtaking view over the green
Salsomaggiore hills. Furthermore, the four star resort forms part of the Terme
Village circuit, a group of 6 closely integrated hotels, which offers the clients
the possibility to make use of all their facilities.

The Alhambra Beauty Farm, Business&Wellness
Hammam, massages, beauty treatments. The Alhambra Beauty Farm is the perfect

Within the Astro conference centre complex can be found a palace of the senses,

rituals.

Unforgettable post conference evenings
Between relax and entertainment, the proposals for post conference evenings range
from wellness treatments in the Alhambra beauty farm, to dinners in prestigious
locations, such as the Castello del Sale (Salt Castle), an ancient fortress
belonging to the Pallavicino family. Music shows, cabaret artists, conjurers
and jugglers add to the atmosphere. Furthermore, our staff can organise unique “excursions” in
the discovery of restaurants and other establishments in the area.
